No Double Bookings...
We do not let you make double bookings. You can only reserve rooms if they are available.
Fast Move guest...
If you try to move a guest after check-in the software will only show the rooms that are available in the same class. If no rooms of this class are available it will default to show all rooms. And a room change can take as litle as five seconds! That's fast!
Deposits for future bookings…
You can set the system to tell you what guests have not yet confirmed their bookings with a deposit. Then you can follow up with a call to the guest. If the guest cancels then you have a chance to sell the room again rather than waiting and hoping the original guest might show.
Extra or Rollaway Bed required…
If you place more guests in a room than the current beds will allow then you are warned. The system will mark the housekeepers report to tell the staff that an extra bed or cot is required.
Fast Room Maintenance….
With a suitable PABX system, cleaning staff can phone in up to 50 pre-set items of maintenance required in a room. These can be printed for your maintenance person to attend to immediately, to get the room ready for occupancy as soon as possible.
